Summation Briefcase Format (SBF) Files

Using TranSendCR® Plus, create links between specific transcript text and scanned exhibit files using your choice of alias words or phrases (for example, “Plaintiff’s Exhibit No. 1”). Then bundle the final transcript, exhibits, and synchronized video into one compact Summation Briefcase Format (SBF) file.  When attorneys using Summation click on “Plaintiff’s Exhibit No. 1” in your transcript, the corresponding exhibit image will appear. But, even more impressive, SBF exhibit files are also incorporated into Summation’s powerhouse Core Database, where they can be searched and annotated, a huge benefit to attorneys and paralegals!

We have attorneys on the road taking depositions around the United States, for sometimes up to two months. They are able to take more then 50,000 documents with them and prepare for the next deposition using AD Summation."
